He is also the Principal founder of First-Class Health United Kingdom, Zimbabweans In the Diaspora Organization United Kingdom and ZIDASSCO now Diaspora Credit Union United Kingdom. He made entry into the real estate in 2016, forming what is now known as Diaspora Homes, in the hope of providing cost effective housing solutions for the large community of Zimbabweans residing abroad.

She has experience in project management, research, strategic planning, marketing communications, public relations, journalism and digital communication techniques.
